8 simple steps to awesome, more productive teamwork

Fill in your profile

By personalizing your profile, your coworkers are more likely to work with you and remember you. It’s also easier for you to engage with them.

Start by adding a profile picture, check your name and add any useful information that will enhance your presence on Azendoo and get others to collaborate with you.

Join a subject

A workspace gathers teams of people, and “subjects” you can join.

Check out subjects and be ready to start making an impact. Simply ask to become:

  • either a member, with full access to subject’s content
  • or a follower, with access to public content only

The navigation menu provides you with a direct access to the most relevant subjects by workspace.

Create a subject

You can also create and manage your own subjects to start working efficiently with your colleagues and reduce your inbox overload. It's just easy:

  • name it and add a relevant description to your subject
  • add members (you can always do it later)

Invite your coworkers

Need to collaborate with more people?

Simply invite them to join one of your workspaces in the "Contacts" menu or the "Invite a coworker" button.

No need to wait! You can start posting messages or giving tasks to your invitees, before they even confirm their account.

Create rich conversations

With Azendoo, you can post messages (questions, comments...) to quickly get to the point on a subject.

Messages can be enriched with:

  • web links and online content,
  • Google Drive documents, Dropbox files and folders,
  • Evernote notes...

You can also use pre-formatted messages like approvals, which are designed to gather feedback and evaluate Y/N answers from your team.

Simplify your To-Do list

Azendoo revolutionizes task management. It brings an extremely intuitive interface that doesn't drive your work with deadlines, which are often counterproductive.

Instead, Azendoo helps you organize your tasks whenever you plan to work on them, whether it’s in a day or a week.

We make it easy to turn emails into actionable and shareable tasks by forwarding them to task@azendoo.com.

Share tasks

By linking your tasks to subjects, you can tell your team about your progress, your workload and your priorities. In return, you get the same useful information back from them, and avoid sending constant sync emails.

Additionally, you can create tasks and assign them to your coworkers, in order to keep track of your teams’ projects.

We've made sure your work remains confidential when you want it to be: you can easily decide which tasks are shared and which ones are private.

Information at your fingertips

Any information shared in Azendoo is instantly indexed and searchable, while maintaining confidentiality.

In Azendoo, you can easily search and find messages, subjects, tasks and documents.

We made sure the advanced subject search enables you to find the right context for your collaboration, according to your role (admin, member or not, follower).

Lastly, we included smart notifications to Azendoo in order to help you collaborate in real-time and use up-to-date information.
