You can use Azendoo with up to 5 people per workspace for free, forever.
You are free to create as many workspaces as you like and you have unlimited tasks and subjects (projects). Azendoo Premium offers advanced administration, more storage and/or more users per workspace.
Non-profit and students can enjoy Premium version with exceptional conditions.
With the free version you are using a personal account and you can invite users to join workspaces.
Each new member may invite more people, up to a limit of 5 people per workspace . If you want to increase the size of a workspace or be able to manage people and profiles, switch to Premium version.
You may to pay monthly or yearly.
The pricing plans above are calculated for monthly renewal and are all inclusive (application, support, maintenance and hosting).
If you choose to go for the annual billing, you save the equivalent of two months each year.
You are free to renew or suspend your subscription at the end of each engagement period.

Your security is extremely important to us, which is why we take every precaution to keep your information safe and secure .
All information on Azendoo is SSL encrypted; your data is backed up on a daily basis to ensure you don’t loose any work. We run our application with SAS70 Type II compliant security.
Azendoo never owns user data. Ever. In the free version, data is owned by users.
In order to transfer some or full data ownership to your organization and manage security on a workspace, you need to upgrade to Premium workspace(s).
Please note that personal workspaces remain private and the related data remains your own.
Upgrading from a free to a Premium workspace is very simple, and can be done directly in the application from the desired workspace administration page or the account administration page.
By default, payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, ..) though an enterprise-class, encrypted and secured system. If you would like to use other types of payment, just adjust the settings in your account billing dashboard or contact us.
For now, Azendoo is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application, available on the web and via web browsers.
Offering Azendoo as a web application enables us to guarantee a such low pricing and maximize availability for your convenience.
